It's been a really busy week...BUT I managed to revise quite a bit over the weekends! Feel very accomplished. I revised, chem, 2 bios, phyiscs (x thermod ._.), econs! And...I did a chinese zong3 he2 tian2 kong1 and 2 chi compre!
Oh, and I will be rooming with AMANDA TANG!!! \(^_^)/ feel very happy! always wanted to room with her xD LUV YA! Also, some events occured in school, which made be ponder about friends. Basically, (ALL IN MY OPINION), I feel that friends can be differentiated into true friends and "fake" friends. True friends are really hard to find. I believe that true friends embrace each other's weaknesses, have common interests and that feeling of trust must be there. Trust is like the bond that strengthens the friendship. Without trust, how are you going to confide in that person when in need/doubt, apart from a family member? However, once that trust is broken, even really close friends can drift apart. But I really wonder, every human on earth is not perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. If that mistake is due to a moment of folly and the person really feels remorseful and really changes for the better, why not build that friendship again? Let bygones be bygones. Of course, this is easier said than done. More often than not, we will usually drift apart and that sense of awkwardness is unspoken.
Regarding "fake" friends, why bother to even be close to them? (Note: this is just my opinion) Most of the "fake" friends I encounter usually take advantage of people. This, I cannot tolerate. If they are not taking advantage, they will have 2 faces. On one hand, they say that they really hate that person, yet they act very nice in front of that person! It is really astonishing and appalling! Scary and weird...Some people feel for "fake" friends but why bother? There's a reason why they are distinguished as "fake" friends right? I don't know...
Lastly, if a friend makes mistakes and yet does not realise it, being that person's friend, or if you consider yourself to be a friend, shouldn't you correct him/her? Yes it may be a painful process and friendships may be broken but this just shows who are your true friends. Friends who think you have betrayed them are not worthy to be your friend. You are helping your friend realise his/her mistake and nip it in the bud. If the mistake worsens, punishments get more and more severe as one grows older! In the end, you are only harming the person. Friends, who through the punishment and realises his/her mistakes, are the ones who truly appreciate what you have done and these friends are indeed friends.
Oh wells, I am glad to have a few close friends and 1/2 true friends. =) If not, I would rather be alone then try to fit myself into the click (?). In the end, I would only end up degrading myself and become a "fake" friend. Am I right? ;/

In case you don't know, Lim Zhan Feng is a year 4 student in NUS HIGH in class 402. He is a member of the school orchestra in the violin 2 section. Just after he joined, he was appointed the SECTION LEADER of the violin 2. PRO RIGHT? That's because he is xD His violin skills are fantastic! Lols. He is enjoying being the section leader (according to his blog -- zf1994.blogspot.com).
Lim Zhan Feng's posts are very very profound with a lot of thoughts. His love life is complicated. He originally likes Joelle Lim from his ex-mentor class of 105/205. BUT now he is involved in a love triangle!! With the appearance of Elizabeth Lim! Vice-section leader!!! Amazing right? The chemistry involved in this golden love triangle is too complicated to type out.
Hmm...for more information about LIM ZHAN FENG visit his blog. I wasted 3 mins of my life typing out this AWESOME post just for zhan feng... Can't believe it xD But nvm I'm a very nice person and i don't mind dedicating posts to people ^-^
